Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity
We use Google Analytics to understand visits and page activity, and Microsoft Clarity to understand how visitors use Adelaide Caravans. This may include pages visited, links clicked, scrolling, approximate device and location information, and Clarity session recordings. We use these insights to improve the site and understand which content is useful.
Sensitive enquiry-form content is explicitly masked from Clarity recordings. Please do not include unnecessary sensitive information in an enquiry.
Your analytics-cookie choice
Google Analytics and Clarity are initially given a denied analytics-storage signal. If you accept analytics, they may use analytics cookies to recognise sessions. If you decline, analytics storage remains denied, though limited cookieless measurements may still be sent. We do not grant advertising-storage, advertising user data or advertising personalisation consent through this banner.
Company link click measurement
Sponsored dealer, local dealer, and parts, service and camping supplier links pass through an Adelaide Caravans redirect before opening the company’s website. We record the company, placement, campaign, destination, referring page (without query strings) and time of the click. We also record the originating IP address and approximate country supplied by our hosting network when available. Country may reflect a VPN or proxy rather than your physical location. These records help us understand link activity for individual businesses and the site overall, and investigate repeated or automated clicks. Detailed IP records are restricted to the site owner’s private statistics page and are not sent to Google Analytics. This server-side measurement does not use analytics cookies. We also send a company_link_click event to Google Analytics with the public company name, company identifier, category, placement and campaign, under your analytics consent settings. Google Analytics derives approximate country information through its own collection process; we do not include your IP address as event data.

When you submit a contact, advertising or privacy-request form, we use the information you provide to respond to your enquiry. Form submissions are delivered by email using FormSubmit. Do not submit confidential, financial or health information through these forms.
Other websites
Dealer, supplier, tourism and caravan-park links take you to independent websites. Their privacy practices and content are controlled by their respective operators.
